I joined an online training session hosted by Dennis Colome of Autobytel.com this afternoon. It was a very worthwhile session. Dennis gave good insights into internet lead management for car dealerships and a plan of attack for the first 90 days. Seeing that I’m in charge of our dealership internet leads, I listened very keenly.
But I also had the opportunity to chime in a time or two over the telephone connection. When the host asked me to answer a question, my answers matched what he was going to say! Amazing, isn’t it? Then I was asked to role play as the customer answering a sales call. That was pretty interesting. And at the end of the session, the host told me I would be receiving a free item from roadmice.com for my participation.
Have you ever heard of them? I hadn’t before today. The company makes wireless computer mice in the shape of popular cars. And after looking through their products, I chose a nice looking model to add to my computer equipment. But I’m not going to tell you which one. Instead, I’ll let you guess what Mystery Car 91 is.

I actually ordered a GT40 but ended up with a Mustang GT.
